What documents are required for incorporating corporate relocation?

Leo Packers needs to empanel with the corporate as relocation partner.

What does the quote for corporate packers and movers include?

Every relocation service is tailored catering to your individual requirements. As each requirement is different, so are quotations for each service. However, there are a few services that remain basic to every relocation, they are:

*Supply of all new packing materials
*Dismantling of basic furniture
*Packing of your household goods and personal effects by trained, experienced packers
*Preparation of an itemized inventory
*Collection from your home
*Crating/containerization and delivery to the terminal
*Preparation of all export documentation and all import documentation for the completion of Customs and Agricultural Clearances
*Payment of terminal charges
*Delivery direct to store/residence
*Unpacking, assembling and arranging of furniture and clearance of all waste materials on the day of delivery, as required.

Apart from the above services, secondary services like removal of AC/Geyser, apartment entry/exit charges, shuttle charges, lift usage charges are excluded and will be charged extra.
The quotation will also exclude any import duties or taxes due in various countries, quarantine examinations if ordered or storage if required. How much prior should I book for my corporate relocation?

Dates are generally booked well in advance. At Leo Packers and Movers, we have a dedicated team that works with planning and at times they are engaged in other assignments. Our effort is to match the dates you require, but for hassle-free corporate relocation bookings, we request you to get your booking dates at the earliest.

How is the cost calculated for corporate relocation?

For intercity relocation services, the cost is calculated considering two main factors: (1)Volume (2) Distance.
Meanwhile, accessibility and fragility of the goods & items too have negligible effects on cost calculation.
For intracity or relocation services, the cost is calculated primarily on the Volume of the goods. Distance here does not play a major role.
For accurate cost calculation on our services, we request you to get an online quotation from our support team.

Does Leo offer insurance for goods in transit?

While Leo’s professional crew will always securely pack your belongings, it is important to remember that your goods will be traveling by ship, plane, truck or other mode of transport—each of which carries inherent risks.
For your safety and security, we do offer transit insurance that provides full replacement cost coverage on a door-to-door, all-risks basis.
