Household goods, records and furniture can be kept in the storage unit. However, we do not store heavy machinery, food items & perishable goods.

Are storage units safe?

Leo storage units are completely safe as we have our self-owned warehouse facilities with the below-mentioned features: These warehouses are located on the 1st floor so there are no water logging issues. All the cabins are pest controlled and cleaned regularly. There is 24/7 security and surveillance of all our warehouses across the country.

What are documents required to avail warehouse services?

To avail our storage units at our warehouse facilities, you will require a photo ID. You can also nominate somebody who can collect goods on your behalf (in case required).

How much do storage units cost per month?

The cost for storage units purely depends on the volume you acquire to store your goods and on the duration of storage.

A survey officer comes to your location to assess the volume & guide you through the process.

Pickup & Drop

We provide a free doorstep pick up & drop service for you to examine our facilities and warehouse.

Packing

Upon confirmation, our team comes to your place & packs all the items. We take necessary precautions considering long term storage.

Documentation

Documentation is done at your home or office & a complete set is given to you.

Transportation

The team then transports the items to one of our locations and places it within our customized storage units.

Rent

Monthly/quarterly rent is collected online & receipts for the same are sent online.

Notifications

Notifications are sent at regular intervals to assure you of the safety of your belongings.

Duration

The duration of the warehousing lease can be customized according to your preference.

Closing Contract

With a 72-hour notice, your storage contract can be ended, and the items will be dispatched to your new location at a set date and time.

Delivery

We take care of delivery, unpacking & arranging your belongings at the new location.

The charges are purely based on volume of articles to be stored. Each storage unit in our warehouse facility is compatible to store goods from a 3BHK house. (1200 cubic feet or 28 cubic meters)

Lesser and higher volumes are also welcomed and are stored on unit-sharing basis and charged accordingly. We also endorse long-term warehouse services and prices are discounted accordingly.

Our quotation for a storage unit would include a one-time charge for packing and moving your household goods or commercial goods to our warehouse, and warehouse rent is collected on a monthly or quarterly basis.
