Every office relocation service is tailored catering to your individual requirements. As each requirement is different, so are quotations for each service. However, there are a few services that remain basic to every relocation, they are:

• *Dismantling of basic furniture
• *Packing of your household goods and personal effects by trained, experienced packers
• *Preparation of an itemized inventory
• *Collection from your home
• *Crating/containerization and delivery to the terminal
• *Preparation of all export documentation and all import documentation for the completion of Customs and Agricultural Clearances
• *Payment of terminal charges
• *Delivery direct to store/residence
• *Unpacking, assembling and arranging of furniture and clearance of all waste materials on the day of delivery, as required.

Apart from the above services, secondary services like removal of AC/Geyser, apartment entry/exit charges, shuttle charges, lift usage charges are excluded and will be charged extra.
The quotation will also exclude any import duties or taxes due in various countries, quarantine examinations if ordered or storage if required. Basically dates are booked well in advance. At Leo Packers and Movers, we have a dedicated team that works with planning and at times they are engaged in other assignments. Our effort is to match the dates you require, but for hassle-free office relocation bookings, we request you to get your booking dates at the earliest.

For intercity relocation services, the cost is calculated considering two main factors: (1)Volume (2) Distance.
Meanwhile, accessibility and fragility of the goods & items too have negligible effects on cost calculation.
For intracity or domestic relocation services, the cost is calculated primarily on the Volume of the goods. Distance here does not play a major role.
